Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that, and we’d love to know what we can do to make you happy.
You can return your order within 30 days, and we will make sure the purchase price is in your bank account within 14 business days of receiving the return.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached.
- The product must show no signs of use.
Returns:

- Step 1: Complete the return form.
- Step 2: Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure your package has a Track & Trace code.
- Step 3: Receive the remaining amount in your account. Once we have received your package, Mando home will make sure the outstanding amount is back in your bank account within 5 business days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Return address:
If you have bought a product that you want to return, you may have to send it back to the warehouse in China. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This is because shipping costs from China are often high, and it is not feasible for the seller to cover these costs.
To return the product, contact the seller and request a return address in China. Once you have received the return address, carefully package the product and send it to the address provided. Make sure the product is well protected during shipping and choose a trackable shipping method so you can see when the package has been delivered.
Once the product has arrived at the warehouse in China, the seller will inspect it to determine whether it is in good condition and meets the return policy requirements. If these requirements are met, the seller will refund the purchase price. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund, depending on the seller’s and bank’s processing times.
All in all, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. That’s why it’s important to be fully aware of the return policy and associated costs before making a purchase.
